Experience Required:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in Interior Project Management (residential and commercial projects preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow the final BOQ, designs, and drawings. Prepare the project schedule and ensure completion within the planned timeline. Update ERP and coordinate with clients regularly.
- Confirm the list of client-approved finishes and furniture colors.
- For new project agreements, provide the proposed completion date to the Designer Head and Admin after analyzing the current status of ongoing projects.
- Receive projects officially from the Designer Head and Admin.
- Take over the site officially from the Construction Team or the Client.
- Prepare the detailed project schedule and report to the Designer Head.
- Plan the entire project—including production, site installation, subcontract works, and completion date—considering the status of current projects.
- Direct the Project Coordinator to take site measurements after coordinating with the client.
- Conduct a discussion meeting with the Floor Supervisor and Drawing Team after the site visit and measurement are completed by the Project Coordinator.
- After receiving and verifying the material procurement list from the Interior Project Coordinator, forward it (after signing) to the Factory Manager, Purchase Manager, and Production Manager, and ensure their signatures are also obtained.
- Conduct an internal project planning meeting with the Project Coordinator, Production Manager, Factory Manager, and Purchase Manager to confirm:
- Material procurement schedule
- Start and end dates of in-house production
- Start and end dates of site work (e.g., gypsum, electrical, etc.)
- Start and end dates of site installation
- Prepare meeting minutes, distribute copies to all attendees, and send one to the Designer Head and Admin.
- Hand over furniture drawings to the Production Manager and ensure drawings for at least one week’s production are submitted.
- Maintain smooth communication with the client at all stages.
- Once production is completed as per the agreement terms, inform the client officially via email (with CC to Accounts and Admin) and follow up through WhatsApp or phone calls as necessary.
- Obtain confirmation from Admin that production has been completed as per the agreement before dispatching the units from the factory.
- Allocate work to subcontractors after preparing the agreement, clarifying measurements, finishes, timelines, and payment terms (after consulting with Admin).
- Coordinate with the Factory Team to allocate site supervisors for furniture installation (mainly through the Project Coordinator).
- Coordinate with the Designing Team, Construction Team, and Subcontractors for smooth project execution.
- Conduct a project inspection at least once before 70% of the installation is completed.
- Carry out the final inspection before project handover and inform the Designer Head.
- Ensure all products and hardware are functioning properly with the desired finish during the final inspection.
- Inform the Admin Department immediately if any additional client requirements arise.
- Obtain the Project Completion Letter signed by the client on the day of project handover.
- Conduct a review meeting every two weeks with the Designer Head to discuss project progress.
- Conduct review meetings at the factory to address drawing clarifications and material stock updates.
- Inform the Marketing Team about the project handover function and exclusive photo/video shoot date.
- Follow the ERP module for Interior Project Management.
- Save all data in the specified format.
