Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager -Interior Fit-out...

Experience: 5–8 years (Experience in Commercial Interior Fit out is a must.)
Salary: UP TO 60K

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring adherence to approved designs, specifications, and deadlines.
  • Monitor project progress and address any deviations or challenges promptly.

2. Team Management

  • Lead and manage a team of supervisors, senior site supervisors, and assistant project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, provide guidance, and monitor team performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to align on project goals and address concerns.

3. Coordination & Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with designers, procurement, and quality control teams to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates.

4. Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure all work is executed to the company’s quality standards and adheres to client specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations and project guidelines.
  • Address any issues related to workmanship, materials, or execution promptly.

5. Budget & Resource Management

  • Monitor project budgets and control costs to ensure profitability.
  • Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to avoid delays and wastage.
  • Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.

6. Outstation Project Management

  • Supervise and manage projects across various locations, including outstation sites.
  • Travel as required to ensure on-site presence, address challenges, and maintain oversight.
  • Adapt to diverse working environments and address location-specific requirements.

7. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and submit detailed project reports, including progress, financials, and risks, to the Project Head.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, resource usage, and project changes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve project delivery processes

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and design software (e.g., AutoCAD).
  • Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, and construction techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
