Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end commercial interior design projects from inception to handover
Coordinate with internal design teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design intent, quality standards, and compliance codes
Conduct regular site visits to track progress, quality checks, and resolve issues
Manage procurement schedules and logistics of materials and furnishings
Ensure clear and timely communication with clients and stakeholders
Prepare and maintain project documentation including contracts, BOQs, reports, and meeting minutes
Mitigate project risks and resolve problems as they arise
Ensure timely handover and client satisfaction

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
3+ years of experience in project management within commercial interior design or fit-out projects
Strong understanding of interior design processes, construction, and MEP coordination
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Primavera, etc.) and design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and procurement practices
PMP certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Willingness to travel to project sites as required
