Develop and implement the internal audit plan to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices. Identify and assess potential risks and provide recommendations to improve internal controls and processes. Conduct audits of the financial, operational, and compliance processes and procedures. Develop and maintain relationships with auditees and senior management to understand business processes and priorities. Prepare audit reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management and the audit committee. Monitor and report on the implementation of audit recommendations and follow-up on identified issues. Provide advice and guidance to auditees on internal control and process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure that audit findings are addressed and resolved. Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies, standards, and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Overall experience in Java 5-9 years Minimum 5 years’ experience in Java Development Knowledge on developing stored procedures and developing complex sql queries in MSSQL Experienced in working Agile projects using agile tools & continuous integration, hands on experience on Spring Framework, Spring Boot. Must have used in Source & Configuration Management using Git/SVN Experience in using ORM such as Hibernate on MySQL/SQL Server/Oracle DB is a bonus Must have experience in unit testing & using tools along with JSON/XML Linux knowledge is a bonus Experience in third party integrations (Consuming APIs & Libraries) is preferred, Experience in using code quality tools such Cobertura is a bonus Angular 7 experience is a plus Working Location- Trivandrum, Kerala
