Job Description

As the Project Manager, you will be the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and contractors throughout the project. Your responsibilities will include meeting with clients to understand their requirements, managing costs to ensure projects are within budget, attending job site meetings, and coordinating with architects to align design details with construction plans. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and contractors - Conduct detailed discussions with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Manage materials and labor costs to keep projects within budget constraints - Attend meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and other professionals - Coordinate design details with construction plans Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in B.Tech Civil or B.Arch - Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate interiors Please note that the role is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and requires reliable commuting or relocation.
