Conduct accurate on-site measurements of residential, commercial, or retail spaces as per design drawings. Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on site measurements and interior layouts. Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors to verify measurements and quantities. Create daily/weekly billing reports and track project progress in coordination with the site supervisor. Validate vendor and contractor invoices against actual site work and agreed terms. Maintain records of all measurements, drawings, and billing documentation. Support the project team during site audits and client walkthroughs. Use tools like AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management software for documentation and calculation.
