Project Manager-Interior

As the primary point of contact with clients, vendors, and contractors throughout the duration of a project, you will be responsible for meeting with clients to discuss their needs and preferences in detail, including any special considerations or concerns. You will manage materials and labor costs to ensure that projects stay within budget guidelines. Additionally, you will attend job site meetings, as well as meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and other professionals. Coordinating with architects to align design details with construction plans will also be a key aspect of your role. The ideal candidate for this position should have a B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a B.Arch degree with at least 7 years of experience in corporate interiors only. The salary range for this position is between 5.5L to 8.5L per annum. This is a full-time job with a day shift schedule. Applicants should have the ability to reliably commute to Noida, Uttar Pradesh, or be willing to relocate before starting work.
