Qualification:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Interior Design / Architecture (mandatory)
- PMP / Project Management Certification (desirable)
Experience:
- 17–25 years of proven experience in Residential Interior Design & Project Management
Key Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of residential design standards, materials & finishes
- Expertise in project planning, execution, budgeting & cost control
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, MS Project/Primavera & MS Office
- Strong leadership, communication & client relationship management
- Skilled in vendor negotiation, contractor management & quality control
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & oversee end-to-end execution of large-scale residential interior projects
- Coordinate with design teams, clients, vendors & contractors for seamless delivery
- Prepare & monitor project schedules, budgets, BOQs & progress reports
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety & compliance standards
- Drive project completion within defined timelines & budget parameters
