Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers, testers & infra team.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ensure skill development.
• Develop detailed project plans and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Define project scope, milestones, goals & deliverables.
• Oversee the development, testing and deployment of software solutions.
• Clear idea about emerging technologies and recommend their adoption were beneficial.
• Communicate project updates, risks and outcomes to management and clients.
• Ensure code quality, scalability and security standards are maintained.
• Anticipate technical challenges and proactively address them.
  

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and development frameworks.
• Knowledge of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in estimation, schedule, resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline management.
• Ability to lead, mentor and motivate technical teams.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Skilled at analyzing project requirements to accurately define the technical scope.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business-oriented language for stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation and documentation skills.
