We are looking for an experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage the development of an advanced software application for Banking & Financial Services in Java Spring Boot and React Bootstrap Framework. The Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and staying within budget.

Experience:

5+ years as Project Manager

Key Responsibility Area

Project Planning:

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones, to guide the development of the software application.

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing their concerns, managing expectations, and ensuring their requirements are met.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and issues related to the project and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that the software application meets high standards of quality and adheres to industry best practices.

Budget Management:

Monitor project expenditures, ensuring that the project remains within budget and providing regular financial updates to stakeholders.

Progress Tracking:

Track project progress against established milestones and timelines, providing regular status reports and making adjustments as needed.

Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master s degree is a plus).

Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development, particularly with Java Spring Boot and React Bootstrap technologies.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies

Experience in developing solutions on cloud native environment

Exposure in building mobility solutions

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferably PMI Certified

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience with project management tools and software.

Exposure in DevOps practices to enhance collaboration between development and operations teams. Manage CI/CD pipelines, automation, and monitoring to improve deployment efficiency and reliability.

Lead cloud-based projects, including deployment, management, and optimization of cloud services on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Ensure scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.

Design, implement, and manage API gateways to facilitate secure and efficient communication between services. Oversee API lifecycle management, including documentation, testing, and performance monitoring.

Implement and manage Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Spearhead a collaborative and adaptive project environment to enhance team productivity.
