Project Manager - Implementation

As a Project Manager in the Professional Services team at Leena AI, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end client engagement, ensuring successful project outcomes. Your role will require exceptional leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Here's what you can expect in this role: Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Project Leadership & Execution: Lead the client engagement lifecycle, from planning to successful execution, by developing strategic project plans and managing resources efficiently. - High-Stakes Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for client teams, maintain strong relationships, and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders. - Technical Implementation Oversight: Manage the execution of complex AI and digital projects, working closely with Product and Technical teams to resolve technical challenges. - Risk Mitigation & Delivery Governance: Proactively manage project risks, ensure timely delivery of contracted scope, and maintain project integrity. - Process Improvement: Drive best practices in project management to optimize delivery efficiency and enhance client experience. Qualifications: - Education: Degree in Engineering and/or MBA - Professional Experience: 4+ years of Project Management experience, 2+ years in a client-facing role, proven track record in leading client engagements, and effective communication with senior stakeholders. - Communication & Leadership: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to motivate cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience with AI/ML products or B2B SaaS domain is advantageous. - Ability to solve complex client problems and familiarity with project management tools like Jira.
