Hiring: Project Manager – Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable

🔧 Roles & Responsibilities:

🔹 Manage workstreams for large-scale global solution implementations

🔹 Lead projects involving Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and intra-group transactions

🔹 Drive e-invoicing processes and ensure adherence to regulatory compliance

🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams across finance, operations, and IT

🔹 Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and key deliverables

🔹 Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks

🔹 Regularly communicate project status to senior stakeholders

🔹 Foster strong team collaboration across multicultural environments


✅ Required Skills & Experience:

🔸 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in finance-related domains

🔸 Strong understanding of AR/AP processes and intra-group transactions

🔸 Hands-on experience with e-invoicing platforms and global compliance

🔸 Excellent execution and time management skills

🔸 Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities

🔸 Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills

🔸 Ability to lead cross-functional and globally distributed teams
