Project Manager- Human Recourse

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for key HR initiatives such as HR system implementations, policy updates, talent development programs, and organizational change efforts.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business goals.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
• Communicate project status, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and external legal/regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate change management and adoption plans to support successful implementation.
• Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience (4–7 years) in HR project management or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of HR functions, systems (e.g., HRIS), and best practices.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
