- Build and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets that keep us on track and ahead of the curve
- Use data and insights to anticipate risks, solve problems, and drive smarter decisions
- Keep everyone aligned and energized by communicating clear action plans and progress updates
- Ensure compliance, quality, and excellence in every phase of project execution
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+0 yrs)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- 5 Years of Relevant Experience
- Position can be leveled up/down
HOW YOU CAN THRIVE AT ALCON:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in project/program management
- 5+ years’ experience managing technical/digital projects
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project lifecycle management
- Strong experience in change management and organizational transformation
- Proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders across various functions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
