Project Manager - Hospitality Project Delivery

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the site execution of an ambitious 5-star heritage-themed hotel development project in Jodhpur. Your role will involve ensuring that the project is delivered with the highest standards of quality, safety, aesthetics, and within approved budgets and timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Drive timely, safe, and quality execution of projects within approved budgets and schedules. - Lead and coordinate site activities among consultants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. - Enforce strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and heritage aesthetics. - Implement value engineering across project stages to optimize costs. - Ensure compliance with IS codes and local regulations. - Report progress and key metrics through high-quality presentations and reports. - Perform any other duties as assigned by management in line with organizational needs. Qualification Required: - B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering Experience Required: - 12-15 years in project management, preferably in real estate or hospitality. Specific Requirements: - Proven track record with real estate developers or PMC firms in similar project deliveries. - Strong exposure to ultra-luxury / heritage-themed developments. - Expertise in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software. - Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Efficient in reporting and presentation skills. You should have proficiency in English and Hindi languages to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
