Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Genrobotics, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex robotics projects within the Research and Development team. Your role will involve a blend of technical expertise in robotics and proven project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to technical specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and technical milestones. - Oversee project execution from conceptual design to final deployment, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration among multidisciplinary teams. - Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations. - Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, schedule, and resource risks to prevent project delays. - Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective delivery while adhering to quality standards and safety regulations. - Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and engineering workflows. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a core engineering field such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Robotics Engineering. - Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus. - Certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is desirable. Experience: - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project management within robotics, automation, or a closely related technical engineering sector. - Prior experience in specialized robotics domains such as Sanitation Robots, Medical/Healthcare Robots, or Humanoid/Service Robots is preferred.
