Project Manager [GBS]

• Plan and implement projects
• Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
• Define tasks and allocate required resources
• Manage and track Project budget
• Create schedule and project timeline and track deliverables
• Lead quality assurance
• Monitor and report on project progress
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
• Evaluate and assess result of project
• Work with Business, Operations, Compliance, Credit and Risk teams to ensure effective participation in project discussions
• Work with solutions team to deliver FSD and RTMs
• Work with Build team to deliver development changes as per RTM and as per schedule
• Work with TCOE to complete the end to end regression and progression testing as per project schedule
• Work with Business and Operations to support complete pilot and commercial launch of the project/product
• Conduct Stage Gates at every project phase
• Conduct weekly working committee and steering committee status meetings.
