Job Description

A Fire Fighting Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and completion of fire protection projects. This includes coordinating design teams, managing resources, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining project budgets and schedules. They work closely with contractors and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all necessary specifications and safety standards. Here's a more detailed breakdown of the responsibilities:Project Planning and Management:

  • Developing project plans:Defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets for fire protection projects.
  • Resource allocation:Managing and allocating resources effectively, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Budget management:Tracking project costs, managing expenses, and ensuring projects stay within budget.
  • Scheduling:Creating and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Risk management:Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans to minimize negative impacts.

Coordination and Communication:

  • Stakeholder management:Collaborating with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Design coordination:Working with design teams to review and approve fire protection system designs.
  • Subcontractor management:Overseeing subcontractors, ensuring they meet project requirements and safety standards.
  • Regular reporting:Providing regular project updates to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and potential issues.

Technical Expertise and Compliance:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
