Project Manager (Female)

As a Project Manager at MISPL, a fast-growing IT services company, you will play a vital role in leading development teams, ensuring project success, and driving client satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery for web and mobile software projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, and creating comprehensive project documentation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing end-to-end project delivery for web and mobile software projects. - Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, timelines, and reports. - Assigning tasks, tracking progress, and monitoring team performance. - Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues promptly. - Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. - Communicating clearly with clients and internal teams, managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. - Conducting regular status meetings, demos, and post-implementation reviews. - Fostering a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, along with 3 to 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a software development environment. You should possess strong leadership and team management skills, proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, and excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, and MS Project is required, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Client-facing experience and strong stakeholder management are also essential for this position. This is a full-time, permanent position with the work location being in person.
