Project Manager (Female)

Unicloud IT Services is hiring a proactive Project Manager (1.5–3 years of experience) who can manage multiple projects, lead with clarity, and ensure client satisfaction across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Take ownership of client communication and satisfaction
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting
• Coordinate with technical teams for timely delivery
• Handle client queries, escalations, and resolutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for delivery excellence

Requirements:

• 1.5–3 years of experience in project management or team coordination
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to multitask and manage projects independently
• Prior experience with domestic and international clients
• Knowledge of Zoho ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, etc.) preferred
• Female candidates preferred
