Job Description

Manage end-to-end delivery of software projects (scope, schedule, quality).
Prepare and execute project plans, allocate resources, and track progress.
Handle risks, issues, and change requests proactively.
Ensure quality assurance practices and governance standards are followed.
Engage stakeholders with timely communication and status reporting.
Facilitate collaboration across development, QA, design, and DevOps teams.
Motivate and guide team members; resolve conflicts when needed.
3-4 years of proven project management experience in software development.
Strong in planning, resource allocation, risk/change management, and reporting.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum; certifications are a plus.
