Project Manager - Engineering

The Manager Engineering will lead multidisciplinary engineering activities for EPC projects, ensuring high-quality design, timely deliverables, compliance with project specifications, and coordination among internal teams and external stakeholders. He is responsible for leading the overall engineering function across all disciplines Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Projects, and Process. The role ensures technical excellence, design optimization, and project execution alignment with the companys strategic, quality, safety, and cost objectives.

The role involves supervising engineers, managing design reviews, controlling engineering schedules, supporting procurement, and ensuring seamless integration of engineering with site execution. He should have good communication and reporting skill and act as interface between the internal teams and client during execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Communication within internal team and client: Coordinate with mechanical, piping, civil, electrical, and instrumentation teams and ensure interface resolution and alignment of cross-functional engineering activities.

2. Project schedule preparation, status and ensure compliance.

3. Work allocation and feedback on progress for internal design teams.

4. Review with various vendor for design submission & approval, supplies and execution.
