Position- Project Manager

Designation- Manager/ Sr. Manager

Experience- 12-15 Years

Location- Jhansi

Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Civil)

Salary- Negotiable

Job Requirement:

Proven experience in managing large-scale residential projects.
Strong technical knowledge in civil, services, and finishing works.
Excellent leadership qualities with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and township projects.
Proficiency in preparing estimations, billing, and quantity take-offs from drawings.
Sound understanding of rate analysis, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and quantity verification.
Ability to review drawings, extract accurate quantities, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Responsible for studying BOQ as per specifications and coordinating with site teams for accurate execution.
Skilled in inspection, monitoring site works, and ensuring quality and timely delivery.
