Job Description

Position: MEP Manager

Designation: Manager / Sr. Manager (MEP)

Experience: 1215 Years

Location: Jhansi

Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical)

Salary Range: Negotiable

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) works for large-scale building and township projects.
Ensure compliance with NBC norms, IS codes, and statutory regulations.
Coordinate with architects, structural, and civil teams for seamless project execution.
Review and validate MEP designs, shop drawings, and execution methods.
Supervise contractors/vendors to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/coordination issues effectively.
Monitor project progress, cost control, and resource utilization.
Liaise with consultants, clients, and local authorities for statutory approvals.
Prepare project reports, documentation, and compliance records.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting, Plumbing, STP, WTP, DG, and ELV systems.
Proven track record in residential, commercial, and township projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
