Project Manager

EdTerra Edventures is India's leading student travel company that specializes in creating educational, inspiring, and impactful experiential learning journeys. As a Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategy and creative collateral design for our student travel programs. Your role will involve overseeing the creation of brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing materials that reflect EdTerra's brand and effectively communicate our educational mission. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the content and design planning for all travel-related collaterals, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and banners. - Review, edit, and approve content created by junior writers and designers to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand guidelines. - Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand program requirements and develop supporting materials. - Supervise the end-to-end production of collaterals, from ideation and content writing to layout, design, and print coordination. - Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all external-facing documents. - Manage relationships with external vendors such as printers and graphic design agencies when needed. - Ensure all marketing materials are factually accurate, grammatically correct, visually appealing, and engaging to students, parents, and educators. - Stay updated with design and education marketing trends to ensure innovative and high-quality outputs. Qualifications & Skills Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field. - 5-8 years of experience in content development, marketing communication, or creative collateral management, preferably in the education, travel, or publishing industry. - Proven experience in managing both content and design functions. - Strong command of written English with an eye for detail and design aesthetics. - Proficiency in design and layout tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or Canva. - Project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines. - Strong creative vision, excellent organizational abilities, and leadership skills. Preferred Attributes: - Experience in the student travel, experiential learning, or edtech industry. - Understanding of print production processes and digital collateral creation. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
