Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager who will be skilled in designing various learning materials and program. Working closely with SMEs and training team members to create top-notch instructional materials. The Professional will be responsible to lead the projects implementation as per the guidelines from the client and ensure the goals for the e-Learning strategy are achieved, through evaluation at different levels.

Job description:

Analysing the e-learning projects, client requirement elicitation, and suggesting suitable project delivery approach with specific milestones and objectives.
Responsible for work on prototype, agile projects and mapping the project s progress status by mentoring Instructional design associates on the ID concepts and authoring tools.
Collaborate with the internal stakeholders to create a work plan, product delivery strategy, resource allocation and budget estimation to align projects within expected P&L ratio as per organisation standard.
Developing custom e learning courses tailored to learners needs using reality-based scenarios, gamification, simulation-based training, infographics, creating storyboards, and course templates in coordination with the content development and operations team.
Responsible for checking the performances of the resources like SMEs, Quality Analysts who are assigned to the project and also with other team members like Graphic Designer, Project Coordinators too.
Conduct meetings with content development teams (SMEs and QAs) to make them understand the project requirements and lead periodic meetings to evaluate status, problem-solve, and mitigate risks.
Interacting with the Clients on a continuous basis regarding the specifications of guidelines to be followed in the project and also communicate proper feedback to the content and development team.
Communicate content development status and delivery dates to stakeholders and promptly address any related questions.
Responsible for reviewing status reports prepared by internal team-mates and modifying plans or schedules as per the requirements.

Job Specification:

Experience - Min. 3 years of experience in full-cycle project management of e-learning materials.
Worked on LMS like Blackboard, D2L (Desire to Learn), Canvas, Moodle 3.9 Version, Captivate etc.
Worked on e-learning platforms, authoring tools like Articulate 360 / Storyline 360, content management system.
