Role Overview

The Senior Manager – Branding & Marketing will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing comprehensive marketing and branding strategies that strengthen brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Management

  • Develop and implement end-to-end brand strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms
  • Monitor and enhance brand perception through market research and competitive analysis

Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, and digital)
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and digital agencies for campaign development and execution
  • Manage product launches, brand campaigns, and promotional initiatives

Communications & Content

  • Oversee creation of marketing content including advertising copy, brochures, presentations, press releases, and digital assets
  • Ensure high-quality written and verbal communication across all internal and external touchpoints
  • Support corporate communications, PR initiatives, and thought leadership activities

Digital & Media

  • Drive digital marketing initiatives including social media, website content, email campaigns, and online advertising
  • Track campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools
  • Optimize media spends and ROI through data-driven insights

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives
  • Manage and mentor junior marketing team members (if applicable)
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external agencies

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports for leadership
  • Analyze customer insights, market trends, and campaign effectiveness
  • Continuously improve strategies based on performance data
