Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery across multiple ERP/DMS/SFA/IT engagements.
Act as a strategic support to program and delivery heads, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, quality, and cost.
Drive seamless coordination between clients, business stakeholders, development, QA, and support teams.
Establish and govern project management frameworks, trackers, MIS reports, and documentation standards.
Proactively identify project risks, issues, and bottlenecks; define mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution.
Lead UAT planning and coordination, ensuring client readiness and successful go-live support.
Demonstrate strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models, aligning execution with business objectives.
RequirementsBachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA / PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification preferred.
Proven experience managing large, complex, and multi-location projects.
Strong hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive decisions.
Experience working with senior clients, CXOs, and internal leadership teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
