Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Executive to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO and paid ads, as well as a proven track record of success in managing USA based clients.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned eCommerce clients, ensuring their goals are met.

• Analyze and improve client performance through SEO strategies and paid ad campaigns.

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaigns, improve conversions, and meet KPIs.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and performance reviews.

• Troubleshoot client concerns and provide timely, effective solutions.

• Track and report on client campaign performance using analytics tools.

• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a marketing agency.

• Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, tools like SEMrush, AHREF etc, and best practices.

• Hands-on experience managing seo and paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients efficiently.

• Availability to start immediately.
