Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Delivery Lead to oversee and coordinate our projects effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet client expectations
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
Facilitate meetings and ensure clear communication among team members
Monitor project performance and implement improvements as necessary

Skills and Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in project management or delivery lead roles
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
