Project Manager

Exp: 5+ years Position Overview: As a Project Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee a team of consultants guiding them through all phases of any Oracle Cloud/ Any ERP/ SaaS implementation projects. This role requires extensive project management expertise within a Consulting firm, as well as a comprehensive understanding of technical projects and the ability to facilitate successful implementation of non-routine and complex business solutions, providing structure discipline, guidance, and direction. Interaction with Internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities : Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks. Build and maintain the project plan, review all deliverables before releasing them to customer. Ensure Projects are delivered as per the plan, budget and quality. Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation. Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation. Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met. Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers. Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables. Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan. Travel to client location as required. Skills / Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Project Management/ Any relevant qualification 5+ years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution. Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or equivalent. Experience in Oracle Project Management is mandatory. Excellent Presentation skills, Strong written and verbal communication skills.
