Project Manager - Configuration Management Control

Role Overview: You will be responsible for coordinating with a cross-functional team to ensure that projects are on track for timely delivery according to the committed timelines, cost, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Timely kick off the awarded project - Prepare and update a comprehensive Gantt chart for the project delivery schedule - Regularly coordinate with the cross-functional team through daily and issue-based meetings - Prepare and update a comprehensive action tracker for project activities - Send scheduled updates to customers and Business Development team - Schedule teleconferences/video conferences with customers and facilitate technical team discussions - Present project status in Project Review Meetings with the Central Delivery Review Team - Highlight and escalate roadblocks or anticipated issues to senior management - Ensure complete and timely documentation for project closure - Timely raise invoices and update finance and Business Development teams Qualification Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Persuasiveness and interpersonal skills - Adaptability and foresight - Understanding of business processes Company Additional Details: The company values individuals who demonstrate technical, functional, and behavioral competencies such as excellent communication, adaptability, and understanding of business processes.,
