Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) and Civil Construction Projects from start to handover. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in RCC works, PEB structures, finishing, project planning, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from anchor bolt casting → structure erection → finishing → handover.
• Supervise civil, RCC, and PEB works ensuring quality, safety, and timelines.
• Review and approve drawings, DPRs, BBS, BOQ, and billing.
• Manage site engineers, contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Conduct surveying, layout verification, and leveling using Total Station / Auto Level.
• Monitor project schedules and prepare MIS reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with technical, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Direct liaison with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Requirements

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 8+ years of experience in construction, with at least 3–5 years in PEB projects.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, structural steel, finishing works, and MEP coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/sites simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
