As a Project Manager at CodeQuery, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between clients, sales, and the development team. Your responsibilities will encompass end-to-end project ownership, from initial client onboarding to final delivery. This is a hands-on role that requires proactive project management skills to ensure timely and quality project completion. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients - Conduct client discovery & onboarding calls - Clearly understand business requirements and convert them into structured requirements - Manage client expectations regarding scope, timeline, and delivery - Validate standard product vs customization during sales to delivery handover - Break requirements into development-ready tasks and allocate them to respective teams - Monitor task progress, remove blockers, and ensure clarity and feasibility with developers - Create and manage project timelines, monitor task completion, identify risks, and escalate when necessary - Provide regular project updates to clients in simple, non-technical language - Coordinate testing, bug resolution, and support go-live activities - Close projects with documented confirmation from clients Required Skills & Experience: Must-Have: - 37 years of experience as a Project Manager / Delivery Manager - Experience with web & mobile development teams - Strong client communication & coordination skills - Ability to convert requirements into actionable tasks - Understanding of SDLC - High ownership and accountability mindset Good to Have: - Experience with SaaS / ERP / On-Demand platforms - Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and databases - Experience with CRM or task management tools - Prior exposure to startup or product-based companies What We Expect From You: - Take responsibility and demonstrate proactive decision-making - Ability to say NO when scope is unclear - Exhibit a high level of ownership and accountability - Ensure clear communication and confidence with clients - Protect the development team from chaos This role is NOT: - A Scrum Master-only role - A reporting-only or coordination-only role - A passive tracker of tasks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - On-time project delivery - Scope control and change management - Client satisfaction and confidence - Clear task breakdown and execution - Reduced rework and confusion for the development team Join CodeQuery for the opportunity to work on a real SaaS product (SERQ), exposure to multiple industries, a high-impact role with ownership, and the potential to grow into a Delivery Head or Product Operations role.
