Project Manager - Civil

As a Project Manager at our company, you will be responsible for providing sound technical expertise in applying engineering principles to design wooden projects. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Performing complex engineering tasks with accuracy and efficiency. - Reviewing and extracting engineering information from CAD Drawings. - Preparing and reviewing structural models using common structural analysis software such as STAAD PRO, ETAB, etc. - Liaising and coordinating with clients as required. - Providing technical guidance to Design Engineers and Architects working on the same project. - Establishing design requirements of the project and monitoring draft and final deliverables for adherence to criteria. - Assuring design conformance with time, cost, schedule, and contractual requirements. - Coordinating the work of the project team with other engineering disciplines through liaison with other professionals. - Issuing specifications, data sheets, and other construction documents. - Acting in an advisory capacity to senior management personnel on engineering-related matters. - Performing other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering with 5-10 years of experience. - Working knowledge in design and design support works. - Proficiency in the use of structural analysis tools and software. - Prior experience in similar projects will be an additional advantage.
