Job summary

Seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in construction within the industrial sector. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, setting milestones and timelines for construction phases, and ensure adherence to these timelines.
• Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources to meet financial objectives.
• Quality Control: Implement and enforce rigorous quality control standards, ensuring all construction work meets or exceeds industry and company standards.
• Site Management: Lead on-site project teams, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Civil 3D, MS-Project, MS-Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 10-15 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within the industrial sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
