Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for the Project related to the account across Pan India location, managing from the base location at Pune
Candidate must have knowledge in various kinds of project execution including civil, MEP, interior, fit outs etc.
Handling of multiple projects at various locations and remote coordination.
Sharing project updates to customer and with internal team.
Must be having knowledge in vendor onboarding, BOQ preparation, remote monitoring, client coordination.
Timely Execution and delivery of projects. Coordination with vendor and client spoc.
Project Progress Report, Daily Report, PBR
Must be willing to travel as per the business requirements.
Maintaining - Workplace behaviour.
Communication Skills & Computer skills
Project Management, Auto CAD.
EHS Aspects related Project Activities.
