Job Description

Lead and manage execution of civil works (structural + finishing) for
residential, commercial, and township projects.
Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and budgets in coordination with planning and management teams.
Supervise day-to-day site activities including
RCC, aluminum shuttering (Mivan/Formwork), brickwork, plastering, tiling, waterproofing, and finishing works.
Review and approve
GFC drawings, BOQs, and material submittals
to ensure compliance with design and specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams (MEP, QA/QC, Billing, Procurement).
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure compliance with safety norms and statutory requirements.
Track project progress using
Primavera/MS Project
and ensure milestones are achieved within budget and timelines.
Verify contractor bills and support billing/contracts team with measurement validations.
Handle escalations, resolve on-site issues, and provide technical guidance to engineers and supervisors.
Prepare and present DPRs, MIS, and project review reports to senior management.
