Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage civil projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design coordination and compliance with project requirements.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress against these plans; identify potential issues early on.
Ensure effective communication among team members through regular meetings, reports, and status updates.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities, address concerns, and resolve conflicts.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-12 years of experience in civil project management or a related field (architecture/interior architecture).
B.Arch degree from a recognized institution (preferably).
Strong understanding of PMO principles and practices; proficiency in project documentation using tools like MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent stakeholder management skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
