Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage civil projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design coordination and compliance with project requirements.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress against these plans; identify potential issues early on.
  • Ensure effective communication among team members through regular meetings, reports, and status updates.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities, address concerns, and resolve conflicts.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-12 years of experience in civil project management or a related field (architecture/interior architecture).
  • B.Arch degree from a recognized institution (preferably).
  • Strong understanding of PMO principles and practices; proficiency in project documentation using tools like MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
