Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage commercial interior fitout projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; track progress against targets.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

8+ years of experience in civil & interiors or corporate interiors or fit-outs or interior works or project management or site management.
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in relevant field (e.g., Civil, Electrical).
Proven expertise in managing commercial interior fitout projects from conceptualization to handover.
Should have handled minimum 2 projects from inception to handing over.
