Project Manager - Civil & Interiors

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership

  : Take full responsibility for the overall management and delivery of the projects, ensuring all project objectives and client expectations are met.

• Budget and Timeline Management

  : Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.

• Client Relationship Management

  : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Quality Control

  : Ensure that all design work and construction activities meet the company's standards of quality, design specifications, and client expectations.

• Risk and Issue Management

  : Identify potential risks or issues that may impact the project and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or budget overruns.

• Vendor and Contractor Management

  : Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring that all materials and services are delivered on time and meet the required standards.

• Reporting and Documentation

  : Prepare detailed reports and documentation for both clients and internal stakeholders, tracking project progress and ensuring transparency and accountability.

Job Requirements:

• You are a project management professional with at least 5 years of experience in the building construction industry.
• You hold a diploma or degree in project management, construction management, or a related field.
• You possess a solid understanding of the various trades and subcontractors involved in interior fit-outs.
• You are tech-savvy and have a proven track record of successfully adopting digital tools and technology initiatives.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments, consistently delivering high-quality results without compromising customer satisfaction.
• You work well under pressure and can operate independently with minimal supervision.
