Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Project Manager Civil & Interior. The role is located in Indore. The Project Manager Civil will oversee day-to-day tasks involving Civil & Interior project management, construction management, and infrastructure development. Responsibilities include budgeting, managing civil engineering projects, and ensuring projects proceed according to plan.

Requirements

Experience in reading architectural/interior drawings (AutoCAD, layouts, details)

Prepare and monitor project BOQs and budgets

Ability to save costs without compromising quality

Experience in Site Management

Create and track project timelines to ensure on-time completion

Manage multiple vendors, contractors, and consultants on-site

Ability to handle quality control during site execution

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management and Construction Management
• Skills in Budgeting and managing financial aspects of projects
• Knowledge of Civil Engineering and Infrastructure development
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
• Relevant certifications in project management or construction management are a plus
• Experience in making BOQ in Interior & Civil Projects
• Salary Bracket: Upto 6 LPA
