Urgent required -Projects Manager (Civil)

Must have Exp in Thermal Power Plant/Petrochemical/Oil and Gas industry/Chimney Projects.

• Qualification: B.tech in Civil Engineering

• Experience in thermal power plant/Petrochemical/oil and gas industry

• MBA or any other Management Diploma/Certificate/Degree

  would be an added advantage

• Salary : Depend on last drawn

The Project Head for Power Plant projects and Chimney projects will lead and oversee the planning, design, execution, and delivery of Chimney/Thermal power plants projects.

This senior role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, project management processes, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through to completion.

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

• Identify project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

• Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

• Ensure all project activities align with client requirements, industry regulations, and safety standards.

  Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors.

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

• Ensure clear communication and collaboration between all team members, stakeholders, and external partners.

• Oversee the design and engineering ensuring compliance with structural and safety requirements.

• Collaborate with design teams to ensure that all technical drawings, specifications, and documents meet project requirements.

• Review and approve designs and engineering calculations to ensure quality and functionality.

• Ensure that all projects adhere to high safety standards and compliance with local and international regulations.

• Establish and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that work meets the required standards.

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure the correct implementation of quality and safety protocols.

• Act as the main point of contact between the client and the project team, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.

• Manage client expectations, address concerns, and provide solutions to any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate with regulatory bodies and authorities to ensure that all permits and licenses are obtained.

• Develop detailed cost estimates for silo and tank projects and track project costs throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure cost-effective project execution by identifying cost-saving opportunities and managing resources efficiently.

• Oversee procurement of materials and services and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost control.

• 7.

  Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, drawings, reports, and schedules.

• Prepare and present regular progress reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.

• Ensure that all project deliverables and documentation are completed on time and archived for future reference.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 10-15 years of experience in the engineering industry, specifically with Thermal power plant/oil and gas/ petrochemical/Chimney Projects.

• Strong leadership, project management, and team coordination skills.
