Role & responsibilities The desired candidate shall have Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from reputed institutions and have proven track of academic qualifications /CGPA ranking. Shall work independently in Basic Design , Detailed Engineering & Vendor Document Review Engineering . The candidate shall have worked in Electrical Engineering department of Consulting or EPC firm dealing with Coal fired /Combined Cycle Power plants/ Oil And Gas / Chemical Principal Accountabilities Basic and Detailed Engineering for EPC Projects. Nature & Scope Preparation of Electrical Load List, Key SLD. Sizing Calculations for Transformer, Bus duct, Switchgear, Cable Sizing, Battery and Battery Charger and UPS Sizing Preparation of Control schematics and Block Logic diagrams. Selection CT, PT and Protective Relay for Electrical Power System. Vendor Drawing Review for Electrical Equipment. Preparation of Interconnect Summary between Electrical Equipment and Control Panels/DCS. Knowledge in Smart Plant Electrical (SPEL) is preferred. Job Title: Site Accountant Location: Hubbali, Karnataka. Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Project Head Job Summary: The Site Accountant will be responsible for managing all financial transactions and accounting activities on-site for the thermal power plant project. This role involves monitoring budgets, managing invoices, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and providing financial reports to project management. The Site Accountant will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and contribute to the effective financial management of the project. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all financial transactions at the site, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts. Monitor project expenditures and compare them with the approved budget to ensure cost control. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the project budget. Prepare and submit regular financial reports to the Project Finance Manager or Site Manager. Provide financial insights and analysis to support project decision-making. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal policies. Prepare documentation and support for internal and external audits. Implement and enforce financial controls to prevent discrepancies and fraud. Collaborate with project managers, procurement teams, and other departments to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting. Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters. Maintain organized records of all financial transactions, contracts, and other related documents. Experience: 10-14 Years Experience in Coal based Thermal Power Plant with PF Boiler and worked in Boiler, Turbine, ESP, Ash handling, BOP, Coal Handling Operations with minimum 6-8 Years in > 80 MW (Unit Capacity) Power Plant in HOD/ In-charge position. Boiler proficiency with BOE & NPTI will be preferred. Should have 4-5 Years’ experience in Control Room Desk Operations, plant start-up, shutdown, emergency handling, grid coordination, Annual overhauling, Electrical systems operations, synchronization, isolation, blackout/ restoration, etc."

Power Calculations: Perform detailed power calculations for conveyor systems, stacker reclaimers, and other key equipment, ensuring that systems meet plant power requirements and operational standards. 3. Equipment Sizing: Accurately size critical equipment including conveyors, crushers, screens, wagon tipplers, paddle feeders, stacker reclaimers, etc. Ensure all equipment complies with project specifications, industry standards and regulatory requirements. 4. Design Basis Report (DBR) Preparation: Develop comprehensive DBRs outlining design assumptions, operational parameters, environmental considerations, and safety standards for material handling systems. 5. Equipment Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate equipment based on technical performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for technical discussions, clarifications and product selection. 6. Detailed Engineering Drawings: Lead the creation and review of detailed engineering drawings for all systems and components ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with project requirements and industry standards. 7. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers in developing high quality, innovative solutions. Oversee team performance and ensure timely delivery of engineering tasks and project milestones. 8. System Components Expertise: Provide expert guidance on systems such as conveying, stacker reclaimers, wagon tipplers, crushers, screens, and paddle feeders.
