Role Overview:

Civil Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the complete execution of the

  Perimeter Road and Taxiway–N1

  civil works within the airside premises.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with

  DGCA, ICAO, and airport safety regulations.

• Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  
• Coordinate with the

  client (Airport Authority), consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams

  to ensure timely progress.
• Oversee

  planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

  to meet project milestones and budgets.
• Monitor and enforce

  quality assurance, safety compliance, and environmental standards

  at all stages.
• Prepare and review

  progress reports, BOQs, work measurements, and billing documentation.

• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures to prevent delays or non-conformities.
  
• Lead a multidisciplinary site team ensuring smooth operations and effective communication among all stakeholders.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

  (Master’s degree preferred).

• 10–15 years

  of experience in large-scale infrastructure or airport civil works.
• Proven experience in

  runway/taxiway/apron/perimeter road construction

  preferred.
• Strong understanding of

  airport safety protocols and airside operations.

• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
  
• Proficiency in

  MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and standard project management tools.
