Project Manager Civil (Finishing Works | Residential Projects)

As an experienced Project Manager (Civil) in the field of residential projects, your role will involve leading and overseeing the execution of multi-storey residential projects with a specific emphasis on finishing works. Your responsibilities will include: - **Project Planning & Execution:** - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Prepare detailed project schedules, timelines, and execution strategies. - **Resource Management:** - Allocate manpower, materials, and third-party vendors efficiently. - Ensure timely availability of all required resources. - **Budget & Cost Control:** - Prepare and monitor project budgets. - Track expenses, analyze variances, and maintain cost control. - **Team Leadership:** - Lead, motivate, and manage project teams on-site. - Ensure effective coordination between site teams, consultants, and contractors. - **Stakeholder Management:** - Communicate project status and progress reports to management and clients. - Handle escalations and ensure smooth coordination among all stakeholders. - **Risk & Quality Management:** - Identify and mitigate project risks proactively. - Ensure finishing quality meets design and industry standards. - Implement safety and quality assurance measures on-site. - **Documentation:** - Maintain project documentation including daily reports, status updates, and closure documents. Qualifications required for this role include a B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering, 8-12 years of experience managing multi-storey residential projects, proven expertise in finishing works, strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, and the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and quality control independently.
