Description
You will be responsible for leading and overseeing the execution of multi-storey residential projects, with a strong focus on finishing works. Your main duties will include defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, preparing detailed project schedules and execution strategies, allocating resources efficiently, monitoring project budgets, leading and managing project teams on-site, communicating project status to management and clients, identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring finishing quality meets standards, and maintaining project documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Prepare detailed project schedules, timelines, and execution strategies. - Allocate manpower, materials, and third-party vendors efficiently. - Monitor project budgets and maintain cost control. - Lead, motivate, and manage project teams on-site. - Communicate project status and progress reports to management and clients. - Identify and mitigate project risks proactively. - Ensure finishing quality meets design and industry standards. - Maintain project documentation including daily reports, status updates, and closure documents. Qualification Required: - B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering. - 8-12 years of experience managing multi-storey residential projects. - Proven expertise in finishing works such as plastering, painting, flooring, fittings, and interiors. - Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills. - Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and quality control independently.
