Job Description

Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure timely completion within budget. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, and clients satisfaction is maintained. Understanding of construction processes, interior or exterior finishings including site management and quality control. Lead and coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and site supervisors to ensure seamless project execution. Implement quality control measures to ensure construction standards are met. Monitor project expenditures and ensure cost-effectiveness.. Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Proactively identify and mitigate risks and challenges that may impact project delivery and profitability. Skills and Qualifications 7-10 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in construction of institutes or Building. Candidate must be B.Tech/ M.Tech in Civil Engineering. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations in the Indian context. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
