Job Description

Responsible for leading the Durashine Master initiative across all locations. Coordinate the recruitment and training processes for Durashine Masters as per organizational needs. Ensure a seamless onboarding and orientation experience for all new hires. Maintain and update MIS reports and dashboards covering hiring metrics, training data, travel expenses, and related information. Collaborate effectively with Cluster Leads, Zonal Leads, and Distributors. Oversee the implementation of all deliverables in alignment with the defined checklist and ensure smooth execution of the overall initiative.
