Job Description

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple interior fit-out projects from
concept to completion
.
Develop detailed
project plans, schedules, budgets
, and resource allocations.
Handle
cost estimation, budgeting, and project financial tracking
.
Identify, source, and negotiate with
vendors, contractors, and suppliers
to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
Supervise
site execution
and ensure adherence to design specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
Coordinate with
clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams
for smooth execution and timely delivery.
Conduct
regular site visits
to monitor progress and address challenges proactively.
Ensure
quality control, compliance
, and adherence to company and client standards.
Prepare
status reports, documentation, and project closure reports
.
Maintain and expand a strong
network of local vendors and contractors
.

Required Candidate Profile:

Experience:
4-10 years in interior project management (retail, corporate, or industrial spaces).
Technical Skills:

Interior fit-out execution and project coordination
Costing, budgeting, and procurement
Vendor sourcing, negotiation & management
Site supervision and quality compliance

Other Skills:

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Ability to travel across Mumbai and Pan-India as required
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools
